What does that mean? It means finding your purpose and passions and sharing them with the world. Reconnecting with yourself so you honor your health, listen to your intuition, strengthen relationships around you and prioritize joy without apology.
My journey to becoming a wellbeing coach has been shaped by a diverse tapestry of experiences, education, and personal growth.
Foundation in Occupational Therapy: My Bsc. Hons in Occupational Therapy provided me with a solid understanding of psychology, holistic health, and wellness. This foundation laid the groundwork for my scientific approach to coaching which incorporates mind and body and the power of human connection.
Lived Experience: As someone who has navigated sensory processing issues, mental health struggles, grief and ADHD and menopause firsthand, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching practice. Through coaching training focused on nervous system regulation, the neuroscience of change, wellbeing and accountability, I’ve honed my ability to deeply understand and support my clients on their own midlife transformational journeys.
Sandwich Generation Mom: Juggling the responsibilities of caring for children and elderly parents has been a defining aspect of my life. This firsthand experience has taught me the importance of prioritizing self-care and finding balance amidst life’s demands.
Identity Transformation: Transitioning from a career focused Occupational Therapist to stay-at-home mom, to a wellbeing coach haven’t just been career changes; but involved profound transformation. My own journey of self-discovery and growth fuels my passion for helping other women navigate similar transitions with grace and confidence.
