We‘ll establish an energising plan and I’ll empower you with the knowledge you need to change successfully. You‘ll do the work on yourself but I’ll follow up with written summaries and accountability check ins.
By the end of 3 sessions you will notice the momentum building as you experience success, building small habits that are taking you in the direction of your desired future self. You’ll notice positive shifts in your thoughts and mindset.

Then we‘ll use the science of behavior change and build a robust plan that powers you towards your desired future self.. This package gives you more of an an opportunity to form habits successfully and troubleshoot challenges with me.
